Small and lightweight items are shipped via UPS on an estimated standard delivery schedule. All items that are in-stock will ship 3-5 days from date of order. They should arrive within 7-10 business days from the ship date. If for some reason there is a delay with shipping your order, we will contact you via email to notify you.
As all of our merchandise is unique and some items are one of a kind, we require a signature at time of delivery to ensure their safe receipt.
Please note: Items that are shipped directly form our vendors may incur additional shipping time. If this affects our estimated standard delivery schedule you will be contacted via email.
Please note: All ship dates are estimates and based on product availability. If for some reason an item is out of stock, on backorder, or has been discontinued, we will notify you via email upon receipt of your order. At that time, we will give you the opportunity to cancel your order with a complete refund.

If you are ordering more than one item, they may not be received in the same box or on the same day. For example, an item ordered in stock will be shipped directly to you from our warehouse and another item may be shipped to you directly from out supplier. Items shipped directly from our suppliers may take longer to ship. In this event, you will be notified via email for an estimated ship date.
Please note: We can not ship to a P.O. Box or FPO/APO address.

Free Shipping: We do not offer free shipping to items shipped outside the 48 contiguous states. Any offers or products marked "Free Shipping" do not apply to items shipped outside of the 48 contiguous states.
Please notify us directly at CustomerService@chateausophie.com if you require second day or express delivery. Each inquiry will be handled on an individual basis. We will obtain individual shipping quotes based on your request and email them to you. If you wish to proceed with your order based on our shipping quote, the shipping charge will be added to your order.
Items that are heavy or large require shipping via a freight carrier. These items are noted on each product page as "Freight Shipment" and require an additional handling and delivery fee. This fee will be noted on the product page as "Special Handling & Delivery".
Items can be delivered via our freight carriers to your driveway or placed directly into your home. Additional special handling fees may apply due to the custom nature of this type of delivery. Please contact our representatives via email at CustomerService@chateausophie.com to receive detailed pricing and delivery information prior to placing your order.
The freight company will contact you directly to schedule a day and time for your delivery. Deliveries are scheduled Monday through Friday and do not include weekends. There is generally a 2 to 5 hour window scheduled for delivery. You must be home at time of delivery or you will be billed a "return trip" delivery fee.
Please Note: All items must be carefully inspected prior to signing for the receipt of your merchandise. If your item is damaged DO NOT sign for it and contact us immediately at 1.561.800.2105 while the delivery driver is still there. If you are unable to reach us, you may refuse the delivery. We will do our best to ensure your merchandise is properly repaired or exchanged.
Please Note: The freight carrier reserves the right to have your merchandise repaired at their cost to its rightful condition or deem the merchandise non-repairable. If they are unable to repair the item, we will have another item shipped immediately to you based upon availability. If your item is unavailable or discontinued we will contact you via email to discuss shipping times or issue you a refund.
