If you are not completely satisfied with your item please call or email us immediately so that we may issue a Return Authorization Number to you. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will be mailed back to you at your expense. Please email your request to RA@chateausophie.com.
When you receive your Return Authorization Number you will also receive an updated return address for shipping. As some of our items are heavy and/or fragile, they may be returned to different warehouse locations to accommodate their specific receiving needs.
You may return or exchange your item with a Return Authorization Number within 15 days from the date received. Items received for return or exchange past 15 days from receipt will be mailed back to you at your expense. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping Charges must be prepaid in order to be accepted. Items received without prepaid shipping charges will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense. Fragile items shipped back to us for return or exchange must be insured to cover the value of the item. If fragile items are returned without insurance we will not accept receipt of the item and they will be shipped back to you at your expense. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable. A refund or exchange value will be issued on the price of the item minus the shipping and handling charges on your billing statement.
Cancelling or Changing an Order
If your order has not been processed and/or shipped, you may be able to change or cancel your order on specific items only. Items packaged and prepared for shipment by us or directly from our suppliers may incur an additional restocking fee.
